Brooklyn Hills is a former Long Island Rail Road station. Opened in 1882 by the New York, Woodhaven and Rockaway Railroad, the station was part of the Rockaway Beach Branch, which ceased operations on June 8, 1962.
One of the oldest stations on the line, Brooklyn Hills Station was the first station to close. It was demolished on January 9, 1911 and replaced by the larger Brooklyn Manor Station.
